Governor Healey Visits Chelsea

Mass. Governor Maura Healey and First Partner Joanna Lydgate visited the DCF Harbor Area Office
in Chelsea on Dec. 20 in conjunction with Wonderfund to help wrap presents for their annual holiday
toy and clothing drive.
