National Guardsman DaSilva peeks out from a military truck during one of the pop up food pantries at City Hall earlier this month. The National Guard swooped into Chelsea about a month ago to help with distributions of food and other items. The troops have filled in numerous gaps in the response to COVID-19, but their last day in the City will be May 22.
