The Chelsea Chamber of Commerce Latino Division met at the chamber office on Broadway to plan for its meeting with Suffolk Downs chief operating officer Chip Tuttle and Enrique Zuniga of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to discuss the proposed $1 billion casino project at Suffolk and its impact on the Chelsea community.
