Cary Square Day of History is this Sunday

This Sunday, May 5, will be the Cary Square Day of History, a full day of events in celebration of Chelsea’s 400th year.

The days schedule includes:

10:30am – 11:00am Walking Tour of Cary Square Guided by Lee Farrington & Marsha Johnson. Meet on the steps of Temple Emmanuel (60 Tudor Street)

11:00am – 2:00pm Governor Bellingham – Cary House Open House (34 Parker Street)

2:00pm – 6:00pm Temple Emmanuel Open House (60 Tudor Street)

2:30pm – 3:00pm Grand Opening of the Jewish Chelsea Museum  3:30 – 4:15 pm Storytelling: Life in Jewish Chelsea 

4:15 – 4:30 pm Film: Chelsea, The Jewish Years by Ellen Rovner

2:00pm – 6:00pm Marketplace & Family Activities Temple Emmanuel Courtyard.
