After consultation with the event planning team as well as the City of Chelsea’s Emergency Management Dept., Chelsea Day has been canceled due to the rain and inclement weather expected on Saturday.
While it is unfortunate that this year’s event will not take place, the City of Chelsea looks forward to the upcoming 2024 year that will feature a variety of unique and new celebrations as part of the City’s 400th anniversary including the biggest Chelsea Day to date.
The City extends its gratitude to the Chelsea Day planning committee as organized by the Law Department, our community partners, and all other constituents that help put together this event annually. We look forward to the continued celebrations of our amazing community especially during the year ahead, our 400th Anniversary.
