Hosts Anthony Everett and Shayna Seymour told the audience about the many new residential properties and hotels in the city, the outstanding restaurants, and the diversity of the city’s residents.
Jeffrey Bowen of ERA Russell Real Estate highlighted the many new residential properties, including the Spencer Lofts, that are drawing younger residents who are looking for an affordable place to live and one that is accessible to Boston. Bowen, one of leading real estate agents in the city, said Chelsea is in high demand and purchasing a property is an excellent investment for the future.
Chelsea businesses, Ciao, Poppy Floral, Mystic Brewery, Colwen Hotels, Golden Cannoli, and Kayem Foods were also mentioned quite favorably on the show.
Katz Bakery, the popular bagel shop led by Richard Katz, received special mention on the show. Katz said the bakery has become a landmark among tourists visiting from around the world and he has shared his recipes with many bakers looking to duplicate the excellence of the Katz bagel. Mr. Katz’s son, Jeremy Katz, and other Katz staff were shown making the bagels and putting the bagels in the oven.
