The Simboli Properties today officially broke ground on the new Baldor Boston warehouse at 215 Williams Street in Chelsea, Mass. The Simboli Properties, which announced the new Baldor lease in April, recently negotiated $2.7 million in new financing through Citizens Bank to complete the project.

The new facility will encompass over 26,000 square feet of high bay refrigeration and freezer space, more than tripling Baldor Boston’s previous space of 7 years on Second Street in Chelsea.”
