Chelsea is rolling out the red carpet for developers across the region as the city partners with The Builder Coalition on Thursday, Oct. 1 for the Chelsea Development Tour.
The Builder Coalition (TBC) advances access and diversity in the real estate sector to drive economic growth and opportunity.
The Chelsea Development Tour will provide an inside look at Chelsea; including its history, neighborhoods, community, and plans for the future. City leaders will welcome TBC to Chelsea and share how the city is growing, where new housing is needed, and how they’re working to build on the character and community that makes Chelsea unique.
“This will be an opportunity to showcase the incredible partnerships already happening across our city to build new housing, create jobs, and drive economic development,” said Chelsea City Manager Fidel Maltez. “We want developers to see firsthand what Chelsea has to offer—from our location and infrastructure to our strong partnerships and our commitment to responsible growth. Chelsea is open for business, and we are ready to welcome the next generation of investment and opportunity.
“We look forward to showing regional developers why Chelsea is a great place to build, invest, and grow.”
The tour will give prospective developers and real estate professionals the chance to walk the streets of Downtown Broadway, tour West Chelsea, hear directly from local leaders, and learn about the places and projects that are shaping Chelsea’s next chapter.
After the tour, the group will head over to Chelsea Station Restaurant for a reception to continue the conversation and reflect on the activity of the day.
