Good start for CHS softball

The Chelsea High softball team is off to a fast start. After opening their season with a 17-8 victory over non-league opponent Excel Academy on March 27, the Lady Red Devils defeated Greater Boston League (GBL) rival Somerville this past Monday, 8-3.

Coach Titus Manderson and his crew were scheduled to host GBL foe Lynn English yesterday (Wednesday) and will make the short trek to GBL rival Revere on Monday. They will return home to entertain GBL adversary Everett next Wednesday.

Two wins for boys volleyball

The Chelsea High boys volleyball team recorded a pair of victories this past week, defeating non-league opponents Georgetown and Salem Academy Charter School.

The Red Devils, who stand at 2-2 on the season, were scheduled to entertain Revere yesterday (Wednesday) and will trek to Lynn English next Wednesday.

CHS baseball to host Revere next Monday

The Chelsea High baseball team will host Greater Boston League (GBL) rival Revere next Monday. The opening pitch for Mike Lush and his crew at Carter Park is set for 4:00.

The Red Devils, whose contest this past Monday with Somerville was postponed, were scheduled to travel to Lynn English yesterday (Wednesday), to East Boston tomorrow (Friday), and to Everett next Wednesday.
