Juneteenth Celebrated

The City of Chelsea and Chelsea Black Community, along with state and local elected officials,
turned out to celebrate Juneteenth at Washington Park. Shown are President of Chelsea
Black Community Joan Cromwell and Vice President Dakeya Christmas who welcomed
everyone.
