Dead Bird into Lounge

The calling party stated he was hosting a private event at the new Lounge when a male and female walking by reached into the establishment’s open window and dropped an injured bird on the table. A CPD officer spotted the two and approached the couple, but the male party fled on foot. The officer was able to stop and identify the female party.
