CHS baseball teamplays O’Bryant, MV
The Chelsea High baseball team took on a pair of opponents this past week.
Although the Red Devils came up short in both contests against O’Bryant High of Boston and Mystic Valley, there were some highlights for coach Rich Wilson’s squad.
In the encounter with O’Bryant, Nathan Rosario, Santiago Quintero, DJ Valdes, and Jeremy Natal all had base hits.
In the meeting with Mystic, Andrew Falcon, Santiago Quintero (double), Sergio Maldonado, and DJ Valdes recorded hits.
Wilson and his crew were scheduled to travel to O’Bryant for a rematch yesterday (Wednesday) and will trek to Minuteman Regional tomorrow (Friday).
They will entertain Maimonides Monday evening under the lights at Chelsea Stadium at 6:30 and will host Hull next Wednesday.
