BURGLAR IN ARCHITECTURAL OFFICE

On Dec. 15, at 3:04 a.m., officers responded to a report of a suspicious male party wearing a mask and backpack inside of The Architectural Team and the Team Trust, located at 50 Commandants Way.

As officers arrived, a male party was observed running from the building towards the waterfront. Officers located the male and placed him under arrest.

Jose Gonzalez, 20, of 64 Beacon St., was charged with breaking and entering in the night for a felony, possession of burglarious instruments, larceny from a building, resisting arrest, malicious destruction of property over $250 and trespassing.

UNARMED ROBBERY

On Dec. 15, at 9:37 a.m., officers responded to a report of a weapons violation reported at the Seaport Academy, located at 285 Commandants Way.

Officers spoke to a victim who stated that back in September the suspect pulled an alleged black handgun on him while he was in the parking lot at the Academy. The victim then reported that earlier in the week, the same male attempted to rip the gold chain off his neck. However, he wasn’t unsuccessful. The suspect was located and placed into custody. No firearm was recovered.

Dawid Sanek, 19, of Dedham, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and unarmed robbery.

THREW HIS PHONE AT CLERK

On Dec. 14, at 10:05 a.m., a CPD officer responded to a call at 350 Broadway in the MetroPCS Store for an unruly customer.

Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the store clerk who stated that the suspect came into the store and became disorderly after not being satisfied with the service. The clerk states at one point the suspect threw his phone, nearly striking him. The subject was placed into custody.

Frank D’Angelo, 64, of 9 Sixth St., was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

BAR FIGHT

On Dec. 17, at 9:45 p.m., CPD officers responded to Casa Mariachi, located at 49 Everett Ave., for a report of a male party who attempted to enter the establishment with a knife and fought with security.

While responding, Chelsea Dispatch informed officers that they had received a second call. The caller stated that the male party in question was now breaking windows. As officers arrived on scene, they observed the male subject fighting with security. The subject refused multiple commands by the offices to stop his behavior and was placed under arrest after a struggle with two CPD officers.

Juan Hernandez, 38, of Revere, was charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
