The Chelsea City Council and Veterans Agent Francisco Toro officially dedicated the POW/MIA Chair at City Hall on Monday morning following the conclusion of Memorial Day Exercises. POW/MIA chairs have been placed in more than 100 public buildings, sports stadiums and at the State House to help the public remember the soldiers who have never come home.
