Sunny, But Cold

We made it through October, November and December with very little snow and without a meaningful wave of arctic cold. For the most part, this has so far been the warmest winter in 95 years. But, it takes only a day or two of frigid cold (read the afternoon tem­perature registering 28 degrees on the TD Bank sign) and we’re sent into a tailspin.
