Miguel Antonio Chang, 26, of 186 Pearl Street, Chelsea, was arrested for warrant misdemeanor default.

Marcos Rodriguez, 35, of 9 Chester Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for two counts of straight warrant misdemeanors.

Alejandro Graciani, 48, of 172 Washington Street, Lynn, was arrested for refusing to produce license, objectionable noise, disorderly conduct and unattended running motor vehicle.
