The death of Mark Moschella at 48 is a terrible loss for all of us who knew him, who respected him, who played ice hockey with him and his brothers, and who knew his late father.
Mark was a very nice man, a very likeable, upbeat, friendly guy always wearing a smile.
He was a good kid who grew into being a good man, a family man and a great advertisement for this city.
His loss is immense to those who loved him and who believed in him.
Those of us who knew him for almost a lifetime never saw him out of sorts and he was always trying to better himself in order to give more to his family.
Mark Moschella’s absence from the local scene will leave all of us a bit emptier.
We offer our condolences to his family and to his brothers and mother.
