MassDOT and Community Voices for Road Safety held a special pedestrian safety event at Market Basket. Residents received free tote bags and were encouraged to join the movement to make Chelsea’s streets safer for everyone. The event was held to remind drivers about pedestrian safety during the holiday season and throughout the new year.
