With candle in hand, Paul Smith came to mourn for Ryan Connolly during the 4th annual Chelsea Overdose Vigil at City Hall on Tuesday, Sept. 24. Scores of friends and family members turned out to remember and mourn those lost to overdose and addiction through the years. The event is part of Recovery Month in Chelsea.
