Fall Schedule: The Club’s afterschool program will open on Monday, September 9th 2:00pm-6:00pm for all Club members. Night programs will begin later in the month. If you have not renewed your membership this school year, be sure to stop by the Club to pick up a 2019-2020 application before the Club opens. Office hours from now through Sept. 6th are 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday (closed on Labor Day). Be sure to call the Club first, as staff may be at a training off site, but if the building is open, all Club members/families can stop by to pick up a Club application or a bus application. Bus Transportation: It’s back! The Club bus will pick up at the Mary C. Burke Complex (Sokolowski, Berkowitz, Kelly, and Hooks) and transport Club members to the Club every day after school (including half days). The fee is $400 for the year, which includes the annual $25 membership fee. New members are welcome to sign up with the bus (while there is space). Some grades are starting to fill up so be sure to stop by to pick up an application or email Lisa at [email protected] to receive an app through email during our shutdown weeks. 50% deposit is needed to hold the spot as well as mandatory attendance at the New Member Orientation for new members on Sept. 4th at 6:45pm.
FYI: The Club is not able to provide transportation to any other schools, so there will not be pick-ups at Excel nor St. Rose, etc. this year.
New Member Orientation: A reminder to everyone who signed up for New Membership this summer- be sure to attend the Sept. 4th 6:45pm orientation (both parent/guardian and child) in order to be able to attend the Club afternoons this fall. The list is now full, but we’ll be starting our weekly Open Houses on Tuesdays later in September. More info to follow.
