Julio Flores of El Santaneco Restaurant held baby Leonel, who was dressed in a “Got Pupusas?” shirt for just for the occasion at Sunday’s Pupusa Fiesta. The City’s Chelsea Prospers initiative sponsored the event, along with several local restaurants, to celebrate the pupusa and its ties to Chelsea’s Latino community. The Fiesta was an overwhelming success with lines around the block.
