Monday, 4/10/17

David Kerns, 42, 30 Park Ave., Revere, was arrested on a warrant, resisting arrest, threat to commit crime and disorderly conduct.

Kristy Morgan, 30, 24 Clippership Lane, Boston, was arrested on a warrant, affray and assault and battery.

Wednesday, 4/12

Jonathan Hurtado, 27, 725 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested on warrants.

Kenny Romero, 27, 110 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with dangerous weapon, malicious damage to motor vehicle.

Friday, 4/14

Alexis Garcia, 23, 73 Pearl St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.

Christyna Bidder, 32, 159 Lincoln St., Stoughton, MA, was arrested on a warrant.

Juvenile Offender, 15, Chelsea, was arrested for armed robbery.

Alexus Iraola, 20, 78 Reed Ave., Everett, was arrested for improper operation of motor vehicle, and operating motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license.

Saturday, 4/15

Marvin Rivas, 29, 178 Putnam St., East Boston, was arrested for failure to stop for police, operating under the influence of drugs, reckless operation of motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense) and leaving scene of property damage.

Andrew Marino, 23, 305 Bennington St., East Boston, was arrested on a warrant.

FIGHTIN’ IN THE STREET

On April 11, at 1 p.m., while on routine patrol in the area of Bellingham Square, officers observed two female parties fighting outside the Salvation Army Store, located at 456 Broadway. Upon arrival, the two females, stopped fighting. One fled from the incident location, but was detained a short distance away. After further investigation, the female who ran was advised that she would be summoned into Chelsea District court due to her injury from the assault.

The other female was arrested on scene.

Kristy Morgan, 30, of East Boston, was charged with affray, assault and battery and one warrant.

 

SLASHED TIRES

On April 12, at 7:30 p.m., officers responded to 62 Grove St. for a disturbance. When officers arrived on scene, they were approached by a victim. The victim stated that they had just witnessed a male passenger in a small grey vehicle driving on Grove Street pull up alongside a vehicle,  and lean out of the window and slash the front drivers side tire of vehicle. The suspect was located a short time later and  placed under arrest. The victim later claimed that they were assaulted by the subject with the knife.

Kenny Romero, 27, of 110 Bloomingdale St., was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

 

JUVENILE CHARGED WITH ARMED ROBBERY

On April 14, at 11:06 a.m., while on impact patrol in the Bellingham Square area, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery by knife. Officers located a male fitting the description in the area and he was placed into custody after being identified by a witness.

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for armed robbery.

 

FLED FROM XIELO BAR

On April 15, a CPD officer, while on patrol, was flagged down by staff at the El Xielo bar for a report of a disturbance. Staff personnel had asked the officer if he could standby around the area for a few minutes until two troubled groups left. As the officer was standing outside his marked cruiser with blue lights activated, he observed a white SUV inside the Xielo parking lot reversing. As the vehicle was in reverse it collided with a motor vehicle and continued to reverse. The operator then placed the SUV in drive and drove down Spencer Avenue in the wrong direction, heading towards Eastern Avenue. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, but the operator did not stop. The officer then witnessed the vehicle turn left on Clark Avenue, where it hit three cars and came to rest after hitting a fence. The operator was placed into custody on scene.

Marvin Rivas, 29, of East Boston, was charged with failing to stop for a police officer, OUI drugs, reckless operation, OUI Liquor (2nd offense), and leaving the scene of property damage.
