Chief Brian Kyes was interviewed by media outlets on Tuesday morning’s Coffee with a Cop event, where he and other officers stated that Chelsea Police are here for the residents and not a part of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Many in the community have been thrown into a state of uncertainty as the new Trump Administration begins to clarify its new, more strict, policies regarding illegal immigrants.
