Joan Cromwell (right), President of the “Chelsea Black Community One Strong Voice” was joined by Beverly Martin Ross (left) in thanking the Council President Leo Robinson and his colleagues for honoring Black History Month during a ceremony at Monday’s City Council meeting. There will be a key event to celebrate the month on Feb. 27 at Chelsea High School.
