The Neighborhood Developers (TND) Annual Meeting took place at the Garfield School, with Congresswoman Katherine Clark as the keynote speaker. Those in attendance included State Sen. Sal DiDomenico, State Rep. Dan Ryan, Revere Mayor Dan Rizzo, Revere Councillor Ira Novoselsky and Chelsea Council President Matt Frank.
Awards included:
• Nancy Ludwig and ICON architecture: Award for Sustainable Design (for Highland Terrace, which achieved LEED Platinum rating)
• Chelsea Chamber of Commerce: President Dennis Cataldo accepted an award for Community Leadership
• Ana Pereira received an Award from CONNECT for Community Leadership and Volunteerism
