Angel Gonzalez

Accident Victim

Angel L Gonzalez of Chelsea died tragically, by accident, on July 3. He was 44 years old.

Born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico, Angel passed away tragically late Wednesday evening after being hit while changing a tire in the breakdown lane of Rt. 93 in Windham, New Hampshire.

He was the devoted son of Violeta (Amaro) Gonzalez of Pennsylvania and the late Juan Gonzalez; beloved brother of Felicita Gonzalez of Shrewsbury,  Juan Gonzalez, Jr. of Pennsylvania, Maria Harrold of Beverly, Carmen Gonzalez of Providence, Rhode Island, Felix Gonzalez of Chelsea, Juan Alberto Gonzalez of East Boston and Jeannie Pagan of Pennsylvania and is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral arrangements were by the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea followed by a Funeral Service in My Father’s House, 19 Coolidge Street, Revere.  Interment was at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Olga Pohorecky

Worked for American Airlines, Filenes and Schraffts Candy

Olga M. (Polonka) Pohorecky of Chelsea died on July 14. She was 93 years old. Born in Boston and raised in the West End, Olga moved to Chelsea in the 1960’s. She passed away at the Tippet House in Needham on Sunday morning were she began to receive supportive care only Thursday.

Her working career started with American Airlines for over 25 years and continued at Filenes and Schraffts Candy for another 23 years until her retirement.

She was the devoted wife of the late Leo Pohorecky; beloved sister of Stella Ternullo of W. Yarmouth and the late Sophie Antonuk, Alice Sweeney and Caroline Zozula; cherished aunt of Vincent Ternullo, Stephen and Richard Zozula and the late Frank Ternullo. She is also lovingly survived by grand nieces and nephews.

Helen Jarmulowicz

Worked at Chelsea Social Security Office and at Demoulas

Helen M. Jarmulowicz, a lifelong resident of Chelsea, died on July 10 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House. She was 87 years old.

She worked at the Chelsea Social Security Office for many years and later, in retirement, she worked for more than 10 years at the Demoulas in Chelsea.

She was the devoted daughter of the late Martin and Emelia (Pietrowicz), Jarmulowicz; beloved sister of the late John Jarmulowicz, Edward Jarmulowicz and Stella Pawlak and is lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Anna LaMarra-Annable

Of Revere

Anna (Pezzi) LaMarra Annable of Revere died on July 2.

The beloved wife of Fred Annable, she was the devoted mother of Donna Scibilia of Revere, John DiPaolo of Peabody, Fred DiPaolo of Saugus, Nino DiPaolo of Revere, Katherine Johnson of Saugus, Santino DiPaolo of Saugus, Candice Rose LaMarra of Revere, Anthony LaMarra of Everett and the late Ricky DiPaolo; dear sister of Raymond Pezzi of Revere and the late Ethallo Pezzi and Elasandro Pezzi. She is also survived by 21 loving grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
