Doris Felt

Of Peabody, formerly of Revere

Doris E. (Freedman) Felt of Peabody, formerly of  Revere,  died on November 25.

She was the devoted mother of Peter and his wife, Patricia Hurley-Felt of Winthrop, Charles E. and his wife, Catherine of Milton NH and the late Joseph Felt; dear sister of Phyliss Dignan of Revere, Evelyn  Bohn of Florida  and the late Deana Corrinha and Florence Hannebury; cherished grandmother of Elexyce, Corey, Joseph and Charles “Buddy” Felt and adored great grandmother of Maddison and Charles Jr. “CJ.” She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Edward Ebert

Longtime Verizon employee, Irish Club Member

Edward R. Ebert, a lifelong resident of Chelsea, died on November 20 at the Massachusetts General Hospital after a very brief illness. He was 64 years old.

A Vietnam War veteran, a member of the Irish club and an avid golfer, he was employed by Verizon and by its previous companies, NYNEX and New England Telephone for the last 41 years.

He was the devoted husband of 41 years of Mary K. (Wedge); beloved father of Christopher James Ebert of Chelsea and Michael Edward Ebert and his wife, Jaclyn of Waltham; brother of Charles T. Ebert of Newburyport and Paul F. Ebert of South Carolina; cherished grandfather of Lillian Karen Ebert and is also lovingly survived by his dog and companion, Oz.

Stella McDonald

Of Westborough, formerly of Chelsea

Stella M. (Bryk) McDonald of Westborough, formerly of Chelsea, died on November 20 at the Westborough Health Care Center. She was 92 years old.

A lifelong resident of Chelsea until moving to Westborough to be closer to her daughters, she was the devoted wife of the late James J. McDonald, the beloved mother of Janice Donovan of Westborough and Marie Sobchuk of Hanover; dear sister of the late Josephine Zajac, Genevieve Konieczka and Walter Bryk; cherished grandmother of Matthew, Gregory James and Mark Sobchuk and is also lovingly survived by her friend and caregiver Sandra Tkaczuk of Westborough.

Stella Silver

Of Dedham

Stella Silver of Dedham died on November 25. She was 86 years old.

She was the loving and devoted daughter of the late Samuel Silver and the late Mollie (Yankelevitch); loving sister of the late Jessie Lipton and dear aunt of  Phyllis Lipton-Kurcievier and Steven Lipton.

A Graveside Service was held at the Agudos Shalom Cemetery, Everett with Rabbi Benjamin Lefkowitz officiating. Lawrence Scott ‘Larry’ Finer

Fought valiantly for four and a half years after a catastrophic accident

Lawrence Scott “Larry” Finer of Centerville, MA died on Sunday, November 25. He was 56 years old, a day short of his 57th Birthday.

Larry fought valiantly for four and a half years following a catastrophic accident.

He was the loving son of Gloria C. (Baer) Finer of Revere and Carl Robert Finer of Port St. Lucie, Florida; devoted brother of Douglas K. Finer and his wife, Theresa of Dennis and loving uncle of David, Markus and Emily Finer. Larry leaves the love of his life Janine Hartnett and her son, Robert.

A Graveside Service will be held today, Thursday, November 29 at 10:45 a.m. at Sharon Memorial Park Cemetery, Sharon with Rabbi Sandi Intraub officiating. Dolores J. “Dolly” (Myhal) Maniscalco, formerly of Revere and Chelsea, died on November 23.

The Bookkeeper at Great Eastern Seafood for many years, she was the beloved wife of 59 years of

Frank J. Maniscalco; devoted mother of Denise Brandano of Lynnfield and Debra Fleming of Peabody; dear mother in law of Robert Brandano; loving grandmother of  Robert Brandano of Lynnfield, Kristen Brandano of Delray Beach FL, Daniel Fleming, Brian Fleming and Marisa Fleming, all of Peabody and she also leaves four great grandchildren: Tiana, Robert, Nicholas and Ava Alyse. She was the dear sister of Thomas Myhal of Chelsea, Joyce Leach of Marblehead, Robert Myhal of Peabody and Gerald Myhal of Everett.

Her Funeral will be held from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St., Revere on Friday, November 30 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
