Monday, 8/6

Bonifacio Aguilar, 8\49, Address Unknown, Chelsea, was arrested for possessing alcoholic beverage in public.

Mynor Alfaro, 46, 16 Brimblocoms St., Lynn, was arrested for possessing alcoholic beverage in public.

Pedro Bermudez, 53, 111 Orleans St., East Boston, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Tuesday, 8/7

Randy McCusker, 43, 147 Franklin Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.

Shariff Hussein, 48, 350 Meridian St., East Boston, was arrested on a warrant and shoplifting.

Wednesday, 8/8

Beanca Janvier, 29, 63 Rockwell Ave., Medford, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, 8/10

Ramon Pagan, 57, 444 Harrison Ave., Boston, was arrested for possessing alcoholic beverage in public, assault and battery and on a warrant.

Jose Tejada, 61, Homeless,  Chelsea, was arrested for indecent exposure.

Miguel Santos, 43, 93 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, was arrested for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, possessing to distribute Class B drug, possessing to distribute Class C drug, drug violation near school/park.

Saturday, 8/11

Elyas Abdi, 19, 180 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for trespassing.

Sunday, 8/12

Sammy Hernandez, 19, 78 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for dangerous weapon, municipal by-law ordinance violation and possessing Class B drug.


THAT STINKS

On Aug. 6, at 8:15 p.m., while walking down Cherry Street by Fourth Street, officers observed a male party defecating on the side of the public roadway. When officers attempted to ascertain his information he pushed the officer and a struggle ensued. He was eventually taken into custody.

Pedro Burmudez, 53, of East Boston, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

 

ASSAULT IN BELLINGHAM SQ.

On Aug. 10, at 10:34 a.m., a CPD officer walking in Bellingham Square, observed a male party assault another individual. The subject was placed under arrest for assault and drinking in public.

Ramon Pagan, 57, was charged with public drinking, assault and battery and one warrant.

 

DRUG BUST

On Aug. 10, the Chelsea Police Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 95 Shurtleff St. The Search Warrant was the result of an investigation into a male suspect for the Distribution of Crack Cocaine. Officers recovered drugs and seized US currency as a result of search warrant and subject was taken into custody.

Miguel Santos, 43, of 95 Shurtleff St., was charged with unlicensed operation, possession to distribute class B drugs, possession of a Class C drug, and selling drugs near a school.
