FIREARMS ARREST

Late in the night on Wednesday, April 26, Officers J. Capistran, P. McCarthy, E. Ramirez, and Sgt. M. Nee responded to a call for two shots fired. Immediately after responding Officers located a white 2016 Chevy Silverado, MA reg. 4XA719. Two occupants were identified as Justin Marcangelo, 26 of Chelsea, and Anthony Margareci, 51 of Revere. Officers recovered a loaded 9mm handgun and a quantity of crack cocaine. Two spent shell casings were located in the area of the incident location. Marcangelo and Margareci were placed into custody.

Marcangelo, 26, of 63 Washington Ave., was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammo without a permit, receiving stolen property over $250 and possession of a Class B drug (crack).

Margareci, 51, of Revere, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammo without a permit, receiving stolen property over $250, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class B drug (crack)

MAJOR DRUG ARREST

On April 27,  at approximately 2:43 p.m., CPD Detectives conducted a joint operation with members of the Everett Police Narcotics Unit in the area of Bellingham Square. During the operation, officers had the occasion to conduct surveillance on three individuals. During that time, officers observed drug transactions and placed the two males and female into custody.

The officers seized crack cocaine, heroin and seized US currency.

Candycerose Torres, 34, of Waltham, was charged with possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense) and conspiracy.

Anthony Sandler, 47, of 21 Cook Ave., was charged with conspiracy and possession of alcoholic beverage.

Spencer Oyeyemi, 41, of 260 Clark Ave., was charged with distribution of a Class B drug (subsequent offense), possession to distribute a Class A drug, possession to distribute a Class B drug (subsequent offense), distribution of a Class A drug, selling drugs near a school and conspiracy.

DESTROYED THE CPD BATHROOM

On Sunday, April 30, at 4:50 a.m., a male came into CPD to use the bathroom. While inside the bathroom, a loud noise was heard and the male was observed quickly walking out of the station. The subject was detained as officers investigated the bathroom. The officers entered the bathroom and observed the left side of the sink had been broken off with pieces scattered on the floor. The toilet also appeared damaged as it had been attempted to be removed from the wall. The subject was then placed under arrest for malicious destruction of property.

Sammy Falcon, 46, of Everett, was charged with wanton destruction of property of $250.
